Garry R. Lee, M.D., is
Medical Director of the Horizon Ridge Wellness Clinic, established in
February 2001 as one of the First VIP Aesthetic & Wellness Clinics in
Nevada. Dr. Lee specializes in non-surgical
procedures such as Juvederm™ (the top USA cosmetic wrinkle filler),
BOTOX®, sclerotherapy for spider veins, and Adult
VIP Weight-Loss Medicine.
In September 2010, Dr. Lee did
BOTOX® & Juvederm™ Injection Training for Physicians & Nurses for
Allergan. In June 2010, Dr. Lee
was the Featured Speaker for Allergan on Botox and Juvederm for Las Vegas
Physicians and Nurses at the Green Valley Ranch Resort. Dr. Lee was also the Featured Physician
Interviewed on TV’s Popular Face to Face (with Jon Ralston and Dana Gentry) in
September of 2009 on Botox and Juvederm Cosmetic Trends for the State of
Nevada.

In August 2009, Dr. Lee
taught the Aesthetic Workshop for the Nevada Academy of Family Physicians
Summer Continuing Medical Education (CME) Meeting for 80-90 Family Physicians
at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. He described and demonstrated Dysport,
Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, and Sclerotherapy.
Allergan also selected Dr. Lee to participate in the JET
Research Trial in 2007, where he helped evaluate patient satisfaction with
the results of Juvederm™ before it was commercially available
to physicians and to the public. He was appointed to the Medicis (Restylane®)
National Aesthetics Advisory Council, is the recipient of two Medicis Platinum
Awards, and was designated by Medicis the Number One (#1) Restylane®
Medical Practice in the State of Nevada for the Year 2006. The Horizon Ridge Wellness Clinic
was also recognized by Thermage as the winner of two
prestigious Pinnacle Awards, reserved only for the best Thermage
Clinics in Nevada.
Dr. Lee is Medical
Advisor for Reveal Zerona and for Madame Et Monsieur, the
International Electro-Body Sculpting conglomerate. He was Assistant Instructor in Sclerotherapy (Spider Vein
Treatments) for the National Procedures Institute, the pre-eminent
organization for teaching medical procedures to physicians throughout the
United States.
The Horizon Ridge
Wellness Clinic was featured on TV's Face to Face, Contact 13
Television, for a Tops In Town Award, on the radio, and in news
articles of the Las Vegas Review Journal; the Henderson Home News;
and In Business--Las Vegas. The 5,000 square-foot clinic, the first medical clinic in Las
Vegas and Henderson designed according to the ancient Chinese Art of Feng
Shui, is a setting of amethyst crystal water fountains, crystal
chandeliers, ancient fossils, and a sense of peacefulness and tranquility.
Dr. Lee was the
Acclaimed Director of the Nellis Air Force Base Anti-Tobacco Program as an Air
Force Major, Medical Vice-President of the NE Las Vegas American Cancer
Society, First Vice-President of the Summerlin Lion’s Club, and was awarded the
Life Saver Award by the American Cancer Society. Before choosing civilian life over the military, he was
selected for hospital chief-of-staff by the USAF Military Personnel Command. He is a member of the American Academy
of Family Practitioners, the American Society of Bariatric (Weight-Loss)
Physicians, and the Clark County Medical Society. Due to the phenomenonal growth of his specialty areas and his
desire to maintain a setting of beauty & tranquility, he limits his general
practice/credentialing only to Adult VIP Bariatric Medicine. Dr. Lee was awarded the Armed Forces
Health Professions Scholarship and is a graduate of the Ohio State University
College of Medicine where he was awarded Letters of Commendation in Family
Practice, OB/GYN, and Preventive Medicine. At Grant Medical Center’s Family Practice Residency, he took
Honors in Special Care Nursery, Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, Urology, ENT,
and Pediatrics.
As an Air Force Captain, he was appointed by
the commanding general to take over the Air Force Institute of Technology’s Safety
Program--which had just received a Marginal Safety Inspection Rating--and in a
single year, led it to the only Outstanding Safety Inspection Rating in the
entire Air Force Major Command. Born
in Hawaii, he was elected Student Body Vice-President of Waipahu High School,
was awarded an Air Force ROTC Scholarship, the Charles R. Hemingway
Scholarship, a State of Hawaii Scholarship, the American Legion Leadership
Award, and an Honors Degree from the University of Hawaii-Manoa.
